My name is Jose Chalarca. I am a tattooer and illustrator with over 18 years of experience, working out of my private studio in New York City’s Bowery neighborhood. I served in both the Marine Corps and the Army and I hold a BFA with a concentration in illustration. I enjoy creating bold tattoos inspired by traditional American and Japanese styles.

- All deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

- Accepting cover-ups.

- To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Touch-Up Policy
- I offer free touch ups if need it, within the first 6 months after getting your new tattoo. I do not offer free touch-ups on ankles, hands, or feet.
- Minors and intoxicated
- I do not tattoo individuals who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone under the age of 18.
