About Lindsey

Hi! My name is Lindsey (Linds)! I started my self-taught art career as a painter but began learning tattooing on my own in a studio full of different kinds of mixed media artists in my hometown while going to college. I started full time tattooing a year later and immediately fell in love. I never want to be complacent in my career. I am always looking to learn and improve by meeting new artists and traveling. My studio is a safe space. People get tattoos for many different reasons and I want to respect all of them whether you are celebrating, grieving, coping, or getting one just because! I want to curate a safe space to speak on all topics. I will listen and share and I do not shy away from harsh topics or whatever may be on your mind. Tattoos are therapy! But if you prefer to put on some headphones and turn your brain off for a while I can work with that too! Getting tattooed is an intimate experience and I want to make sure my clients are comfortable. We will be in each others personal space so let’s make sure to communicate! I want to accomodate to give you the best possible experience. Getting a tattoo is not just about the final product, but the full experience from when you first see my page, until the tattoo is complete and you walk out the door. Please respect me, my time, the other artists, and our studio as we respect you! Tattoo artists are human too! I look forward to working with you!

Policies

Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit will be required to schedule your appointment. If you are scheduling a day session, a $100 deposit will be required. Deposits will be removed from your final price the day of your appointment. Any fee added to your deposit will not be removed from your price day of. If you do not pay your deposit, you do not have an appointment. Weekend deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a 48 hour notice. If you notify me of your cancellation within those 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited and nonrefundable. Weekend deposits are nonrefundable. If you no-call no-show you will not be allowed to book with me again.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requires a 48 hour notice. If you notify me of a reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be nonrefundable and I will require a new deposit for your new appointment. If you notify me of a reschedule before the 48 hour notice, I only allow one reschedule before I require a new deposit. Weekend deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule your weekend appointment you will have to pay a new deposit.
Rework & cover-up policy
I do not accept large rework projects. I also do not accept large cover-up projects where the original tattoo is larger than 2 inches.
Numbing cream policy
Please notify me if you will be using numbing cream. If you do plan to use it please test it on your skin before the day of your appointment incase of irritation or allergic reaction. I also sell numbing cream at the shop for $13 so stop by during open hours before the day of your appointment to purchase. Then apply the numbing cream at-least an hour and a half in advance and keep on until you arrive.
Design policy
I do not tattoo offensive or political designs.
Payment policy
I only accept cash or card payments. If you’re paying card, a 5% service charge will be added to your final price the day of your appointment. If you are paying cash, always bring more than expected just incase. There are no set prices other than day sessions so price ranges may change. Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.

FAQ

How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
Get plenty of rest, eat a meal before your appointment, and hydrate! Moisturize your skin and hydrate days leading up to your appointment. This will make the session easier for both of us! Also purchase aftercare products. If not, we sell aftercare bundles in the shop for $10 that you can purchase anytime during open hours!
What should I wear to my tattoo appointment?
Please wear appropriate clothing for me to access the area we are working on without being unnecessarily exposed. Ex. Legs - shorts Arms - tank top/short sleeve Back - a backwards zip-up/button-up Hip - tie up bikini bottoms/shorts you can remove one leg from Shoulder/chest - strapless top I also provide pasties if needed for chest covering. If you’re still unsure of what to wear, please message me!
How is the shop set up?
We are a women owned & operated shop. We all have separate rooms with doors. You will receive a private experience with occasional visits from other artists in the shop, but if you prefer, we can absolutely shut the door so you can be comfortable. We understand there are a lot of cases in tattooing where people are exposed so we want to provide you with the safest experience.
Do you sell any products in shop?
I sell prints of my paintings/digital art ranging from $25-45. I also sell $2 stickers or 2 for $3. And lastly I sell tubes of numbing cream for $13!
Do you accept tips other than money?
Absolutely! Tips are never expected, but always appreciated! I love bones, bugs, rocks, plants, and trinkets! I also love receiving things handmade by my clients! I have a vertebrate collection, so if you happen to find any rare vertebrate or bones/dead things in general, I’ll gladly take them off your hands ;) Otherwise, I accept whatever you think fits my vibe!
