Policies

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

I get it, life happens! Appointments cancelled after 24 hours before appointment will loose 50% of deposit. However, if you reschedule you won’t loose your deposit or have to pay another deposit.

Do you do hand poke tattoos?

Yes I do! I prefer it over machine!

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Get plenty of rest. Eat meal beforehand. (Caffeine & anxiety or caffeine & nicotine don’t count) Drink water (and bring water with you) Avoid substances and alcohol before appointment. (I won’t proceed with your appointment if you’re under the influence)

What should I bring to my appointment?

Anything that will make you comfortable (within reason). *water *snacks *headphones *device for music, tv, books, etc. *book (if arms are available for book reading)

How do I take care of my new tattoo after my appointment?

If “second skin” was applied: You can leave it on for 1-2 days after your appointment. After 1-2 days, remove it under warm water in a “down and away” motion. If traditional wrap was used: Remove wrap 2-3 hours after appointment. After care: Gently wash your new tattoo with a fragrance free or natural soap and pat, NOT WIPE, dry with a clean towel. Do this every day until your tattoo is scabbed over. When it is scabbed over apply a fragrance free/non-toxic or natural lotion multiple times a day to keep your tattoo moist during the healing process. Apply lotion for around two weeks after getting tattoo or until it is fully healed, no more scabs or dryness.

What are the “do nots” or “off limits” things after my tattoo?

Do not suntan your tattoo directly after appointment, and always put sunscreen on tattoos. Do not go swimming or soak it in water until it’s healed, usually 3-4weeks. Do not scratch or pick at scabs as it will pull out ink and make it look blotchy. Do not use scented products directly on tattoo while it’s healing. Avoid tight clothes as it risks to pull off scabs. These are all in your best interest to keep your tattoos to heal properly and to looking better longer!
