Policies

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.

Cover-Up Policy

Accepting cover-ups.

Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without communication may require a new deposit before another appointment can be scheduled.

Touch-Up Policy

I offer one complimentary touch-up for work that I’ve done when it’s needed due to normal healing. Touch-ups should be scheduled within 3 months of your original appointment. Additional touch-ups or changes to the design may incur a charge.

No call/no show

If you miss your appointment without contacting me, your deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments will require payment in full before booking and may be accepted at my discretion.

FAQ

What does a full day with me look like?

Please keep your schedule open for the afternoon and evening. Typically, a full day with me will start at 10:00am and continue until we’re done or until 5:00pm. We’ll take breaks for lunch as needed, and snacking is encouraged to keep you comfortable. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel at ease and keeps you entertained during the tattoo session — many clients bring their switch, books, knitting supplies, headphones, or a blanket. It’s a long day, so if you’d like a friend to accompany you, that’s perfectly fine, but they might get bored. You aren’t required to have them stay for the entire session if they prefer not to. If you need any breaks at all during the session, please just let me know. Your comfort is important, so don’t hesitate to take a break whenever you need one.
