Hi, I’m Bunny the artist behind @bunnytat2 and owner of The Burrow, a private tattoo studio in Clute, Texas. I specialize in American Traditional, Japanese Traditional, Neo-Traditional, florals, fine line, and custom tattoo work. I love taking an idea and turning it into something designed specifically for you, whether it’s a small meaningful piece or a larger custom project. The Burrow is a private, appointment only studio, giving you a comfortable and personal tattoo experience without the atmosphere of a busy walk-in shop. When submitting your booking request, please include as much detail as possible about your idea, placement, approximate size, and any reference photos or inspiration you have. Policies

Deposit Policy

Please read all policies before booking. By submitting a booking request and paying your booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following. BOOKING FEES A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment date and time. Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid. If payment is not received within the requested timeframe, the appointment may be released and offered to another client. The booking fee compensates the artist for reserving appointment time, administrative booking, and preparation associated with your appointment. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the booking fee will be credited toward the final price of your tattoo when you attend and complete your scheduled appointment. All booking fees are non-refundable. RESCHEDULING A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. With at least 72 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Any additional rescheduling will require a new booking fee. If you request to reschedule less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, your original booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required before another appointment can be scheduled. CANCELLATIONS Booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you decide to book again in the future, a new booking fee will be required. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without contacting me will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Clients who no-call/no-show may be required to pay the full estimated tattoo price in advance before another appointment will be accepted. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining time available. If your appointment cannot be completed because of your late arrival, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. DESIGN CHANGES Please provide accurate information about your tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, and desired style when submitting your booking request. Minor adjustments can generally be made at your appointment. Major changes to the original concept, subject matter, placement, or size must be communicated in advance. Significant last-minute changes may require rescheduling and a new booking fee. Reference photos are welcome for inspiration; however, I will not directly copy another tattoo artist’s custom work. CUSTOM ARTWORK Custom designs are created specifically for your scheduled tattoo appointment. Designs are generally not sent in advance. Any necessary minor adjustments can be discussed at your appointment. Custom drawings, sketches, and tattoo designs created by me remain my original artwork and may not be reproduced, tattooed by another artist, or used commercially without permission. PRICING Tattoo pricing is based on factors including size, placement, detail, complexity, and the amount of time required. Any price provided before your appointment is an estimate unless specifically stated to be a fixed price. Changes to the requested tattoo may affect the final price. HEALTH & SKIN Please arrive healthy, hydrated, and having eaten before your appointment. Do not attend your appointment if you are sick or if the tattoo area has a rash, sunburn, open wound, infection, significant irritation, or another condition that could interfere with tattooing or healing. I reserve the right to postpone or decline a tattoo if proceeding would be unsafe. ALCOHOL & DRUGS Clients who arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs will not be tattooed. If your appointment cannot proceed because you arrive impaired, your booking fee will be forfeited. AGE & IDENTIFICATION All clients must meet applicable Texas requirements to receive a tattoo and provide any identification or documentation required by law. I reserve the right to decline any tattoo that cannot legally or safely be performed. GUESTS The Burrow is a private, appointment only studio with limited space. Please keep guests to a minimum. Guests must not interfere with the tattooing process and may be asked to leave if necessary. Please do not bring children to your appointment unless arrangements have been approved in advance. TOUCH-UPS Once your tattoo is fully healed, contact me with clear photos if you believe a touch-up is needed. Touch-up eligibility and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis. Touch-ups needed because of improper aftercare, picking, excessive sun exposure, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or other preventable damage may require an additional fee. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for legal, safety, ethical, or professional reasons, including inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, unsafe tattoo requests, or failure to follow studio policies. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By paying your booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to The Burrow’s Booking Policy, including the non-refundable booking fee and 72-hour rescheduling requirement. Thank you for respecting my time, artwork, and studio.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. For day rate or large-scale pieces, the booking fee will be applied to your final session. If you cancel your appointment or do not show up at your scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited. I do offer a 15 minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to book a new appointment with a new booking fee. If you need to reschedule, please do so with adequate notice. Rescheduling more than once or within 72 hours of your appointment will require a new booking fee in order to secure a new date. Thank you for respecting my time and work ✨
