Policies
- Deposit Policy
- - A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment - The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. - Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.
- Cover-up policy
- Not accepting cover-ups.
- Rescheduling
- - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. - If proper notice is provided, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. - There is one free reschedule; if you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required. - Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Punctuality and timing
- - Please do not show up earlier than your scheduled time as I may be finishing up a prior appointment. - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. - Arriving 15 minutes late or more will result in cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. - If you know you will be a few minutes late please let me know asap.
- Pricing
- - Tattoos are priced at $180 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. - Time begins at the start of your scheduled appointment, including stencil design and tattooing. - If your tattoo takes less than an hour, the minimum $180 charge still applies.
- Session Conduct & extra guests
- - Sessions are designed to create a professional and welcoming environment. - Unnecessary pauses or excessive conversation may extend session time, and this additional time is billed accordingly. -We prioritize a focused and private environment for clients and artists; therefore, clients are asked to come alone to their appointments. -Due to the limited space in the studio, we cannot accommodate guests.
- No-Shows
- - Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice results in an automatic loss of your deposit and may restrict future bookings.
- Hygiene and Attire
- - Clients are advised to wear all black clothing to avoid stains during the session and for photography purposes. - Please arrive clean and free of any lotions or oils on the tattoo area.
- Communication and disputes
- - Any concerns or questions regarding your appointment, deposit, or pricing must be addressed prior to the session or at the time of payment. - By paying this invoice, you agree to all terms and policies stated here. - By proceeding with your tattoo, you acknowledge satisfaction with the agreed terms and final design.
- Water and Snacks
- Clients are required to bring water and snacks as the studio does not provide these items. Please plan accordingly.
