Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Cover-up policy
- Accepting cover-ups.
- Cancellation policy
- Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours may require a new deposit. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
- Rescheduling policy
- Reschedules require 48 hours’ notice. Deposits will not be refunded, but can be reused for the first reschedule with proper notice. For subsequent reschedules of the same appointment, a new deposit may be required.
- Touchup policy
- Touchups are free for up to 2 years from completion of the tattoo. Touchups made after the 2 year mark may be subject to a charge.
- Final payment
- Final payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo or cash. Credit card is accepted through this platform but will be subject to a 3% surcharge.

- Is there a fee to book?
- Yes, there is a $10 plus a 3% processing fee on the deposit only. See “Final payment” policy for more information on final payment at appointment.
