About Diàna

Dia Moeller is a hungarian tattoo artist and illustrator living in Tucson AZ and Boston, MA. A self taught artist, Dia has been tattooing and painting since 2010. She specializes in both color and black and grey realism, with a darker, Victorian, painterly look. Dia creatively combines portraits, botanicals, animals, the macabre and occult into a truly unique style. Her inspiration comes from vintage illustrations, flora and fauna, dark fairytales, folklore, architecture and fashion. Her artwork is designed with an organic flow to compliment the body, with the intention to accentuate its natural beauty. Outside of tattooing, Dia loves to paint, tending to her ranch outside of the Saguaro National Park and caring for her elderly dogs.

Policies

Deposit Policy: I am excited about your tattoo project. Below you will find my NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE booking policy. By scheduling a project with me and providing me with your deposit, you agree to the terms below; your consent to these terms (evidenced by your scheduling an appointment and providing a booking fee) is both legally binding and enforceable. 1) At the time we schedule your appointment, I will collect a booking fee of $250 2) The booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your appointment or do not show up, you will not receive any portion of your booking fee back. 3) The booking fee is for the design we agreed on during the consultation (via email) and covers the time I put into your project outside the studio (administration, consultation, scheduling and designing) 4) In certain cases ( designs that require more than three full day sessions) a separate design fee will be charged in the amount of $250. 5) The booking fee is non-transferable. It is a unique deposit attached to your scheduled time and your scheduled project. 6) If you do not show up at a scheduled appointment, or are late by more than 20 minutes without notice I will require an additional booking fee (this time double the original amount ) to continue to work with you. Alternatively, I may simply elect not to work on your project any longer. In either event, you will not be entitled to any refund of the deposit you made and I will have no liability to you whatsoever resulting therefrom. This new booking fee will apply even if we decide to move forward with the session you were late for. 7)Your booking fee is valid for 3 months (6 months for pieces requiring more than three sessions). It is up to you to commit to the appointments we schedule in order to complete your project during these time frames. 8)Payment is required at the end of each session.
Cover-Up Policy: Accepting cover-ups.
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible but in no event with less than 72 working hours’ notice. If I am able to fill your time slot, I may roll your booking fee to your rescheduled appointment rather than require another non-refundable booking fee. The decision to keep your original booking fee for a rescheduled appointment is made in my sole discretion considering the notice you have given me and the ease with which I can fill the time originally reserved for you. I will only be able to reschedule your original appointment ONCE.
Touch-Up Policy: Touch ups are included in the price of the tattoo, if booked within 90 days of completing the project.
