Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable down payment is required: • 20-25% of the agreed rate for one or more booked sessions. • 15% of the agreed rate for three or more booked sessions. • The down payment will be deducted from your final session cost. Important: Down payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that I need to cancel your session. If you reschedule at least one month before your session, your down payment will remain valid. However, rescheduling is allowed only once. If you cancel the once-rescheduled session, an additional non-refundable fee equivalent to the down payment will be required, even if you don’t book a new session.
