- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, MAY result in losing your deposit. However, as long as reschedules need to be made 48 hours before the appointment, you will not require to pay another deposit to reschedule:) cancellation = no deposit back. reschedule less than 48 hr before appointment = no deposit back. reschedule more than 48 hr before appointment = deposit may go to next set appointment.

- Accepting cover-ups.

- Cancellations & no-shows = no deposit back rescheduling accepted, deposit situation varies.
- Arrival policy
- 15-20 minute grace period after appointment starts. 15$ fee after 20 minutes late. Appointment cancelled after 30 minutes to an hour late.
