- Deposit Policy
- * Deposits are non-refundable. * You may reschedule one time if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. * Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. * No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. * Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. * Major design changes after booking may require a new deposit. * Deposits are non-transferable to another person.
