Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each appointment includes one complimentary reschedule. If you fail to show up for your appointment after using your one reschedule, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Any additional reschedule requests will void your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any same-day cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. To reschedule after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period may be allowed; however, after 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
- Touch-Up policy
- Touch-ups are complimentary within the first six months. Anytime after that, a deposit will be required.
