Policies

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Deposits must be paid by card, but you can pay the remainder of your appointment in cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Your card information is stored in the booking system and I do not have access to that information. Deposits may be transferable, if you reschedule within the time frame outlined in my cancellation policy. Please see cancellation and rescheduling policy for further details.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations require 48hr notice. Cancellations within the 48 hour window of your appointment and all no-shows will result in a loss of your deposit. If you choose to reschedule your appointment prior to the 48 hour notice window, you may transfer your deposit to the new appointment date/time. Your reschedule date must be within 14 days of your cancelled appointment to transfer your deposit. No-shows and repeated cancellations can result in a termination of the artist-client relationship.

Late Policy

I have a 15 min grace period for delays. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, you are considered late. Late clients may not be able to be seen depending on my schedule, which would result in a no-show. If I am still able to do the session, late clients will be charged a $50 late fee for each 15 min increment they are late past the grace period. If you are over 1 hour late, you are considered a no-show. Life happens, and I understand that! Please reach out to me as soon as you know you are running behind (safely, please don’t text and drive) and I will see what I can do.
