Policies
- Deposit Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- Cancelation policy
- A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to book another appointment. - Payment policy
- The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be provided when booking.
- Guest policy
- Please come alone whenever possible. One guest maximum may be allowed depending on space and appointment type. Children and additional guests may not be permitted.
- Design changes
- Please communicate any design changes before your appointment. Major changes made at the appointment may require additional time, pricing, or rescheduling.
- Tattoo age policy
- Clients must meet the minimum legal age requirement for tattoo services. Valid identification may be required.
- Pre-care
- Clients are responsible for following all provided tattoo or PMU pre-care instructions. If the skin is irritated, compromised, or unsuitable for the procedure, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- PMU touch ups
- Touch-ups are recommended when necessary and must be scheduled within the specified timeframe following the initial appointment. Any additional touch-ups outside of the included service will incur an additional fee.
- Photo & video
- Photos and/or videos may be taken during or after your appointment for portfolio and social media use. Please inform me in advance if you do not consent to your content being shared.
