Policies

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
