+ I'm a professional tattoo artist with over 27 years of experience in the tattoo industry. I currently reside in Anaheim, California, and work out of Lo' Cal Tattoo Studio, also located in . My favorite style of tattooing is Black & Gray Realism. This approach creates a striking contrast between deep blacks and the natural tones of the skin, allowing for exceptional depth and detail. When a client requests a realism piece—such as a portrait or a three-dimensional iAnaheimmage—I generally prefer to keep color use ascetic only, :in order to achieve the most realistic result possible. That said, I am fully proficient in color work as well. I enjoy creating vibrant floral designs and watercolor-style tattoos just as much as Black & Gray pieces. Over the years, I've developed the ability to work comfortably in nearly every style of tattooing. While some styles appeal to me more than others, Black & Gray Realism, portrait work, and detailed illustrative pieces are the areas in which I've refined my skills the most. My portfolio is designed to showcase a broad range of tattoo styles so potential clients can see more than just my personal favorites. I believe everyone who walks through our doors should be able to find examples that reflect their own vision and interests. Many portfolios focus solely on an artist's favorite pieces. I prefer to present a wider variety of work that better represents what clients are actually looking for. I've posted—and will continue to post—my artwork here.
