My name is James McNeely and I am a tattoo artist currently located in Folsom, California. I specialize in black and grey traditional tattoos with bold, crisp linework and smooth black and grey shading. I offer a catalog of flash designs, both repeatable and non-repeatable, that I am always adding to. I also offer custom work, cover-ups/blast-overs, freehand designs and gap filler. Making sure that my clients have a memorable and pleasant experience when getting tattooed is very important to me, and is something that I believe is just as important as applying good tattoos.
