Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Reschedules are permitted with notice of at least 48 hours prior. Deposit will not be refunded, but will be kept valid for up to 1 year to reschedule with.
- Touch-Up Policy
- Touch-ups free for 2 years
- Guest Policy
- you’re allowed 1 moral support buddy, space in the shop is limited
- Final Payment
- Final payment can be made through Zelle, Venmo, or in cash. Credit card is accepted through this platform, but is subject to a 3% charge
