All deposits are non refundable but if for some reason you can't come to Colombia i will honor 80% of the value of the deposit and you can get tattooed in New York, Richmond , Va or any other guest spot i do anywhere in the U.S. As long as you let me know 1 month ahead and we haven't bought tkts or paid hotels.
