- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Tattoo Apprentice Transparency
- Licensing & Transparency • Licensing Status: You understand that the artist is operating on an apprentice level. Age & Identification • Minimum Age: 18+ with a valid, government-issued photo ID—no exceptions, even with parental consent (Georgia law). • ID Check: Clients must present their ID at every session; photos or copies aren’t accepted.
- Health and Medical Disclosure
- Health & Medical Disclosures • Contraindications: Clients must disclose blood-borne diseases, skin conditions, pregnancy, immune disorders, allergies, or current medications that can affect healing (e.g., Accutane, blood thinners). • Illness Policy: Reschedule if you’re sick, have an active infection, or recent sunburn. No penalty fees for legit health-related reschedules with 24-hour notice.
- Bookings and Deposits
- Booking & Deposits • All bookings require an online form that collects contact info, reference images, desired size/location, and budget. • Deposit: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit ($25) secures the slot and is applied toward the final price. • Free flash: No deposit required.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations & Rescheduling • 48-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment to keep your deposit. • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Deposit forfeited; new appointment requires a new deposit. • Late Arrivals: 15-minute grace period; after that, we may need to reschedule and you’ll forfeit the deposit.
- Photography and Social Media
- • Documentation: You consent to photos/videos of your tattoo for portfolio and social media unless you opt out in writing. • Privacy: Faces or identifying marks are blurred/omitted upon request.
- Confidentiality and Data
- Personal information is stored securely and used only for booking, health screening, and follow-up communication. It will never be shared or sold.
- Communicable Diseases
- COVID-19 / Communicable Disease Precautions • Follow current CDC and local health-department guidelines (masking, sanitation, capacity limits). • Clients must reschedule if exposed to COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms.
