Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.

Cancelations

In the event you need to cancel your scheduled appointment please contact Maddy directly. NO CALL, NO SHOW appointments will forfeit their deposit. Tattoo appointments require 48 hours notice to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date. Clients canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment date and time will forfeit their deposit. Appointments may only be rescheduled once before a new deposit it required.
