About Violette

I’m Violette, a tattoo artist at Anbu Tattoo in Watertown, NY, specializing in illustrative realism, bold color, black and gray, wildlife, nature-inspired work, and large scale custom pieces. I love projects that give me room to create something unique. From highly detailed individual pieces to sleeves, cover-ups and reworks built specifically around the person wearing them. My work blends realism with illustrative elements, with an emphasis on strong composition, contrast, detail, and tattoos that flow with the body rather than simply sitting on it. Outside the shop, I’m also the founder of Young Timber Tattoo Mobile Studio & Events, a fully functional mobile tattoo studio built to bring professional tattooing to weddings, private events, festivals, concerts and other experiences throughout the region. Tattooing is so much more than just my career, it’s a huge part of the life my family and I have built together. I genuinely love this industry, the art, the people, the culture, and the endless opportunity to keep learning and creating.

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment 48 hours or less prior to your appointment will result in losing your deposit. Reschedules before the 48hr window will reserve your deposit.
