Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least three days prior to your appointment. If you reschedule more than once, an additional $200 deposit will be required. Rescheduling with less than two days' notice will also require a new $200 deposit.
- Cover-up policy
- Accepting cover-ups.
- Design Policy
- Deposit is given on the design idea we discussed. Please send me any and all information that you can about how you’d like the tattoo to look. I don't mind AI inspo as long as you know that your tattoo will not look exactly like the AI creation. Please send new ideas at least 2 weeks before our scheduled time. I will need to approve them. If any of your ideas might not work, I will be communicating with you about that. I show designs on the day of our appointment before we begin. Thank you!
- Medications and Medical Conditions
- Please inform me if you are on any medications such as blood thinners, anticoagulants, or any other relevant prescriptions. Please let me know if you have any medical conditions that could interfere with the tattoo process such as skin conditions, blood disorders, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular issues or infections.
- Sending of designs
- I do not send out designs prior to appointments due to art theft and excessive adjustments. I try to have a thorough discussion with you prior to you leaving the deposit so that we are both on the same page with the design, that way you know what to expect. I will show you the design on the day you come in to the tattoo studio. Minor adjustments can be made day-of. If you have additional ideas I will need to approve of them otherwise we will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Design alterations
- You will need to inform me of any design alterations at least 2 weeks before our appointment. This includes any ideas that we did not discuss via co-create/text/instagram DMs. If you fail to do so, we will need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. If I do not approve of design alterations, we will need to either stick with the original idea and you can keep your deposit, or we will need to cancel and your deposit will be forfeited.
- Cover-up Terms
- You must be open to creative freedom with any cover-up. Cover ups generally need to be at least twice the size of the original tattoo. My goal with cover-ups is to make it look like a brand new tattoo, and completely forget the other tattoo was there.
- Reworking Tattoos
- I do not re-work or alter tattoos that I did not start/do myself.
- Major adjustments day-of tattoo
- If you need major adjustments to our tattoo design on the day-of our appointment, we will automatically switch your appointment to hourly-based. This will include the time it takes for me to re-do your design. Minor adjustments include changing of size, color, or placement of elements. Major adjustments include changing or adding new subject matter or background elements.
