About Neekeh
Hi, I’m Neekeh. I’m a tattoo artist based in Brooklyn, New York. I specialize in bold florals, ornamental designs, and heavy blackwork, with a love for large-scale projects, blast-overs, and extensive coverups. With a background in design, I focus on creating tattoos that work with your anatomy, following your natural contours and enhancing your shape and muscle definition. Each piece is thoughtfully placed to flow with your body rather than fight against it. Whether we’re creating something new or transforming existing tattoos, my goal is to make a piece that feels personal, powerful, and yours.

Policies
- Deposit Policy
- My rate is $2,000 per day session, and $400/hour for smaller pieces. A $400 non-refundable deposit is required for each session and goes toward that session’s total. Each deposit applies only to its associated appointment and cannot be used toward another session. Deposits are held for up to one year from the originally scheduled appointment date. Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit.
- Cover-up policy
- Accepting cover-ups.
- Rescheduling and cancellations
- Please give at least seven days’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit. Rescheduling with less than seven days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Late arrivals and no shows
- Please arrive on time and contact me if you are running late. Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of your deposit. A no-show results in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. If you do not show up, full payment upfront will be required to book another appointment.
- Session timing
- Sessions typically run from 1 PM to 7 PM, with approximately five hours of tattooing. The remaining time allows for design preparation, placement, and breaks.
- Design and project changes
- Most of my projects combine stenciling and freehand work. I do not share drawings in advance unless we have specifically discussed and agreed on this. For clients traveling for multiple sessions, I sometimes arrange a consultation to go over the design beforehand. Please let me know before your appointment if your concept, placement, size, or budget has changed. Major changes may affect the time, pricing, or scheduling of your project.
- Projects with multiple sessions
- I will do my best to estimate how many sessions your project will need, but estimates are not guarantees. I cannot always predict how your skin will respond or exactly how long each stage will take. The number of sessions may change as the piece progresses. The first session often focuses on laying the groundwork. Some lines are used only as guidelines for the blackwork and may not look perfect at this stage. These initial guidelines do not reflect the final result.
- Payment methods
- You can pay by Venmo, Zelle, or cash with no additional fee. Debit and credit card payments carry a 9% fee.
- Guests
- The studio space is small, so guests may stop by to check in on you but cannot stay during the session.
- Aftercare supplies
- I use Tattoo Armour after the session and will supply you with some for your recovery. If you prefer a second-skin dressing, such as Recovery Derm Shield or Saniderm, please bring your own. We can discuss your preference at the appointment.
- Preparing for your appointment
- Please eat a good meal before your session, wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area and may get stained, and bring snacks and water.
FAQ
- Do you do coverups and blast-overs?
- Yes—this is something I specialize in. Send clear photos of your existing tattoo so I can assess the possibilities.
- How many sessions will my tattoo take?
- The number of sessions depends on the size, design, any existing tattoos, and how your skin responds. My style generally allows me to cover larger areas in less time than many other styles, so we can accomplish a lot in each session. I’ll provide an estimate, though some projects may need additional sessions.
- Can I book consecutive days if I’m traveling?
- You can request up to four consecutive days. Four-day projects are scheduled Monday–Thursday, with the fourth day booked manually by me.
- How long should I wait between sessions?
- If you’re booking individual sessions rather than consecutive days, allow at least one month between appointments.
- Will I see my design before the appointment?
- I don’t share drawings beforehand unless we’ve specifically agreed otherwise. My process combines stenciling and freehand to fit your anatomy.
- Can I reschedule my appointment?
- Each deposit allows one reschedule with at least seven days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable and valid for one year from the original appointment date.
- How should I prepare for my session?
- Eat a good meal, bring snacks and water, and wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the area and may get stained.
- Where are you located?
- Evening Star, 197b 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
- Do you provide aftercare supplies?
- Yes, I supply Tattoo Armour. If you prefer Derm Shield or Saniderm, please bring your own.
- How much does a session cost?
- My rate is $2,000 per day session, and $400/hour for smaller pieces. A $400 deposit goes toward the total cost of that session.
- How far in advance are you booking?
- I generally book 2–3 months in advance, though reschedules sometimes open up earlier dates. I’m currently booking primarily for January 2027 onward.
