Policies
- Deposit Policy
- DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Clients that have rescheduled or cancelled appointments forfeit their deposit. The client may reschedule 7 days prior to their appointment or earlier. *Cancelling or rescheduling 4-7 days before your appointment will result in a 50% forfeiture of your deposit. *Cancelling or rescheduling 1-3 days before your appointment, will result in a 100% forfeiture of your deposit. Two cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment within a 4 month period will result in the client losing their deposit. The client will need to pay a new deposit in order to be put back on the calendar. For appointments scheduled within a WEEK, rescheduling or cancelling 4-7 days before will NOT result in a forfeiture of your deposit. However, cancellations/rescheduling within 1-3 days WILL still forfeit 100% of your deposit.

- Touch-Up Policy
- Once the tattoo, and the payments are completed you’ll be given a 1 Hour free touchup session. You’ll need to redeem this within 6 months of completing the tattoo. After that time frame the price will go back to my hourly rate of $250 an hour
- No show/ late policy
- No call-no shows will result in forfeiture of the clients deposit, and the client will no longer recieve work from the artist. So always communicate with the shop and we’ll work with you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the clients deposit and appointment. If you’re running late just call the shop to let us know.
- Design change policy
- Once the consultation has been completed and the deposit had been paid we’ll be locked in and I’ll be ready to start drawing your tattoo. You’re more than welcome to make changes to the tattoo idea and design. Just keep in mind you will need to pay a new deposit for each design change. So it’s important for you to know what you want before your consultation appointment.
- Seeing the design early
- When it comes to viewing the tattoo design, you will see the drawing the day of your tattoo appointment. If there are any edits that need to be made we will do it together. Once the edits are finished we’ll move right into tattooing process. It’s much easier and faster if we make the edits together when you’re at the shop vs back and forth email and phone calls.
