Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. It will only be credited to the tattoo when you complete the project in its entirety. It is $200
- Rescheduling/Cancellations
- Rescheduling your appointment without proper notice will result in losing your deposit. Proper notice is 72 hours or more, the more notice the better. Rescheduling with proper notice is ok once, and then you will need to pay a new deposit. Please plan to keep your appointments as planned.
- Late Arrivals
- Being 20 minutes or more late, with no communication, will result in loss of deposit and need to reschedule. I am a parent. I have to pick my kid up. Please show up on time.
- Bring Photo ID (18+ ONLY)
- In California, it is illegal to tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent. You must bring your California approved photo ID.
- Illness Policy
- If you are sick, not feeling well, coughing etc, you need to reschedule. Please don't come to the shop.
- Design Policy
- I will show you the design the day of. If i can make adjustments, we will. If we can't fit in the adjustments, we will need to reschedule for another day. I do not send the designs prior to the appointment.
- Guest Policy
- We prefer you do not bring any extra people. If you have anxiety and must bring a safe person, please limit it to one self-aware and polite guest who will not distract from the ability to perform the job.
FAQ
- How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
- Please show up on-time, having eaten properly. Bring your photo ID and snacks. Don't smell bad/no chemical fragrances
- Can I have a discount?
- No. I have a child and family to feed, and pay for all the same things as you. If I want to give a discount, I will. But don't ask for one.
