I’ve always loved to draw but it wasn’t until getting my first memorial tattoo for my late mother that it clicked! Could I do what I love and support myself doing it??! So I “encouraged” my tattoo artist to sell me a machine (they’re not guns…) and ended up getting licensed a few years later. I love working with people from my community and giving them something we can both be proud of for years to come.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. No shows and rescheduling your appointment with less than 48hr notice, will result in losing your deposit.

FAQ

1. How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by contacting me directly via this app: phone, email, or social media. I’ll work with you to schedule a consultation or discuss your tattoo idea. A deposit is required to secure your booking, which will go toward the final cost of your tattoo.

2. Do I need a consultation before getting a tattoo?

Yes, consultations are important! They help us go over your ideas, placement, size, and design details. This ensures your tattoo is exactly what you want and allows me to answer any questions you have.

3. How much does a tattoo cost?

Pricing depends on the size, detail, and placement of your tattoo. During the consultation, I’ll provide an estimate. My hourly rate is $70 per hour, with a shop minimum of $70. So yes, that dime sized, fine line heart will be $70.

4. Do you take walk-ins?

Currently I’m the sole tattooist/owner and I work primarily by appointment to give each client my full attention. However, I occasionally have time for small, simple tattoos. Feel free to reach out to check availability!

5. Does it hurt?

Pain levels vary depending on the placement and your personal tolerance. Tattoos in areas with more bone or thin skin (like ribs or fingers) tend to be more sensitive, while fleshy areas (like arms or thighs) may hurt less. I do my best to make the process as comfortable as possible.

6. How should I prepare for my appointment?

• Eating a good meal before your appointment lowers your risk of passing out! • Stay hydrated, several days prior to the appointment and on the day of. This helps it hurt a little less as your skin more easily exepts the ink. • Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy access to the area we’ll be tattooing. No guarantees your clothing will stay ink free, so don’t wear your favorite clothes.

7. How do I take care of my new tattoo?

Aftercare is crucial for healing! I’ll provide detailed instructions after your session, but here are the basics: 1. Leave the bandage on for the recommended time. 2. Gently wash your tattoo with unscented soap and lukewarm water. 3. Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free tattoo ointment. 4. Avoid soaking, swimming, or sun exposure until fully healed (about 2–4 weeks).

8. Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Of course! Bringing a friend is fine, but keep in mind that space in the studio is limited. (Disruptive people will NOT be tolerated and forced to leave.)

9. Do you tattoo minors?

No, I do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent. I don’t care what you read online or what Idaho allows. It’s an Oregon law, period.

10. What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens, and I get it! Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment with proper notice. Also, more than three reschedules will result in forfeiture of deposits.

10. Hand tattoos

They almost always fade and will require paid touch ups to keep them looking new. The hands shed skin differently as they’re constantly used.
