- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Booking policy
- Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my schedule and other clients, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if you provide the required notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require a new deposit to book future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting my time and helping keep my schedule running smoothly.
