About Simone
Born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii, I’ve been drawing and painting since as long as I can remember. In 2020 I began my tattoo career in Portland Oregon and am currently based in New Jersey. I enjoy tattooing subject matter inspired by nature, such as botanicals, animals, as well as all things mythical or dreamy. I love connecting with my clients and take pride in providing a safe and comfortable environment for everybody. I do quarterly guest spots in Portland, Oregon, occasional pop-ups around NYC, and also look forward to tattooing more frequently on Oahu during my family visits. Outside of tattooing I love hanging with my dog, my partner and friends, camping, music, and exploring new places.

- My tattoo station is a safe space for humans of all races, genders and body types. You are welcome to feel at home and relaxed here. If there is anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable please let me know! Any racism, sexism, homophobia, creeping, bullying or nonsense of that sort will not be tolerated.
- Bringing a friend
- You are welcome to bring a plus one to your session for moral support, just please don‘t bring your entire family (unless you are all getting tattooed), as our shop space can get tight. If you have any questions just ask! Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
- How to prepare
- Being prepared for you tattoo session can make a huge difference in how smooth your session goes. 1. Hydrate! Your skin is like a sponge. It will absorb the ink more easily when you are properly hydrated. Dehydration can cause the tattoo to take longer and be more difficult for your artist. 2. Eat! Having some nutrients in your belly helps your body be strong during your tattoo and makes it less painful. Feel free to bring any snacks or non alcoholic drinks for your session, we can take as many breaks needed. I personally love to eat a substantial meal before I get tattooed. 3. Proper clothing: Wear something comfortable and consider garments that allow access to the placement you‘re getting tattooed. Dark colors are encouraged, as there is always a possibility of ink getting on your clothes. I’d hate for your new crispy white tee to get ruined. 4. No sunburn I will not tattoo over a sunburn, so please keep this in mind in the days leading up to your appointment. If the area we will be tattooing is sunburnt and choosing another placement isn’t an option, you may need to reschedule your appointment.
FAQ
- How do I book an appointment?
- Fill out the inquiry form and I will get back to you about setting up an appointment.
- Do I need a consultation?
- Sometimes! For one off pieces, I typically can gather all the info needed to make your tattoo via email discussion and your booking form. For larger projects like sleeves and cover ups, an in person consultation is often ideal to map out the space and go over subject matter. If you prefer to schedule an in person consultation for small pieces or just for a meet and greet if its your first session with me, I’m happy to do so.
- What payment methods do you take?
- For the final cost of your tattoo I take cash, Venmo, Zelle or card (credit and debit). Any cards will be run through Square and have a 3.5% fee. Cash is preferred :) Deposits can be made through Venmo, Zelle, or if you are with me in person already, in cash.
