- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Cancellation policy
- Customers may cancel or reschedule by notifying us at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time. Any time after that a new appointment isn’t guaranteed, and your deposit is kept. All refunds are subject to the discretion of the artist and are not guaranteed.
