Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Rescheduling Policy
- If you reschedule with less than 48 hour notice, or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again. If you cancel your appointment altogether, you forfeit your deposit. Deposits are non-transferable.
- Touch-Up Policy
- Touch-ups are not offered on hands, fingers, neck, feet. These placements are known to fade and require additional maintenance regardless of application. If your tattoo requires a touch-up due to the artist application, it will be provided at no cost. If a touch-up is needed because of improper aftercare, sun exposure, picking or any other client related reason, it will be considered new work and charged at the shop minimum.
- Right to Refuse
- I reserve the right to refuse any tattoo request that does not align with my personal or professional values. My goal is to ensure every tattoo I create represents quality work that both the client and I can be proud of.
