Cover-up policy: Not all designs are able to be used for Cover up so designs have to be approved by both artist and client for cover ups

Cancelation policy: Cancellations • If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • If you choose not to proceed with the tattoo after the design process has begun, the deposit will not be refunded. • If the artist must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date.
No show: • Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Rescheduled: Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit. • Additional rescheduling requests will require a new deposit.
Late arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may lose their deposit. • Excessive lateness may shorten your tattoo session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
