Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable and required to book your appointment. This deposit will go towards the total of the tattoo and account for draw time. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Cover-up policy
- Not accepting cover-ups.
- Right to Refuse
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason.
- Age & Identification
- All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. A valid government issued ID is required to confirm age and identity. (ex. driver’s license, passport or state ID)
- Artwork & Tattoo Session
- All custom tattoo designs are the intellectual property of Splat Bat Ink / Vesperia Ink shop. The length of each session will be determined by artist based on: size, details, placement and complexity. Regular breaks will be taken as needed.
- Liability
- Each client will be required to sign a consent form upon arrival, acknowledging the risks associated with a permanent body art procedure.
