Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or design. Deposits secure your appointment and will be applied to your final session. Failure to appear, or rescheduling without at least 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cover-up policy
- Accepting cover-ups.
- Cover-Up Policy
- You must be open to creative freedom with any cover-up. Cover ups generally need to be at least twice the size of the original tattoo. My goal with cover-ups is to make it look like a brand new tattoo, and completely forget the other tattoo was there.
- Appointment Preparations
- Some custom tattoos require reference photos, tattoo placement photos, measurements, or other information before I can begin designing. If I request these materials, they must be submitted by the deadline provided. Failure to provide the requested materials by the deadline may result in cancellation of your appointment. If I am unable to prepare your design because the requested materials were not provided on time, your appointment and deposit may be forfeited.
- Design & Alteration Policy
- Deposit is given on the design idea we discussed. Please send me any and all information that you can about how you’d like the tattoo to look. I don't mind AI inspo as long as you know that your tattoo will not look exactly like the AI creation. You will need to inform me of any design alterations at least 2 weeks before our appointment. This includes any ideas that we did not discuss via co-create/text/instagram DMs. If you fail to do so, we will need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. If I do not approve of design alterations, we will need to either stick with the original idea and you can keep your deposit, or we will need to cancel and your deposit will be forfeited. Please send new ideas at least 2 weeks before our scheduled time. I will need to approve them. If any of your ideas might not work, I will be communicating with you about that. I show designs on the day of our appointment before we begin. Thank you
