About Taryn
I'm Taryn McIntyre A Norse Pagan tattoo artist and the owner of Kintyre Ink Tattoo. I'm best known for my expertise in large-scale ornamental Nordic and Celtic tattoos. I specialize in traditional dotwork techniques and Viking-age inspired ribbon art. With a deep love for intricate knotwork, dotwork, and ornamental design, my tattoos are crafted to reconnect you with the old ways. Carving stories into skin that will last a lifetime. So whats the meaning behind my studio Kintyre Ink Tattoo? The land of Kintyre was once know as Gaelic Kingdom of D'al Riata. A place that calls us back like home, and thats exactly what we want our studio to feel like to those who walk through our doors and choose us to write stories on their skin. The heart of our studio is based in Nordic and Celtic tattooing. Bringing the art of the old ways to modern times and inking it into skin. We are a Woman and LGBTQ owned and operated Tattoo Studio, catering to clients who visit us from all over the world! Our studio is located in a Historic Armory building in downtown Spokane Washington.

FAQ
- How much for a tattoo?
- My rate is $2500 per day, I charge an $1000 deposit per day. (The deposit goes towards the final cost of the tattoo).
- Do you do short appointments?
- No, I only work in full-day sessions.
- How long is a full day tattoo session?
- Each full day session accounts for 6 hours of tattooing. If Taryn continues tattooing past her 6 hour limit during your appointment, it will be at her own discretion and you will not be charged for additional time unless otherwise discussed with her.
- So how much for a sleeve?
- Sleeves can vary in price depending on the size of your arm and complexity of the design. On average a full sleeve in my style can be anywhere from 6-10 sessions.
- How does your booking cycle work?
- Taryn books her appointments 3 months at a time. This is what we call a booking cycle. If you are interested in booking a tattoo project for the next booking cycle, you will want to keep up-to-date by joining our mailing list, or following along on social media. Once we announce our booking date, mark it in your calendar. On that date, inquiries will be accepted for limited amount of time via the booking form that will become visible on this page. Because of the high number of inquiries we receive, your inquiry is subject to approval. Once you send in your inquiry, keep an eye on your inbox for our reply. We usually respond within 7 days. This is how we will let you know if we will be able to book you during this cycle. Be patient! Once we approve your inquiry, you will work with Taryn directly to schedule your appointment date(s) and consultation. Each client is allowed to schedule up to 3 appointments in a row.
