Policies

Deposit Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. * Your deposit secures your appointment date and time and covers the time spent preparing your custom design. * Your deposit will be applied toward your tattoo total only if you attend your scheduled appointment and follow all booking policies. * No deposit = No appointment. * If booking through my website, you must submit your deposit to complete your booking. Your appointment will remain pending until your deposit has been received. * Deposits are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person, another appointment, or a different tattoo design unless approved by me. * If you cancel, no-show, or fail to follow these policies, your deposit will be forfeited. NO CASH FOR DEPOSITS

Thank you for choosing Tattedby_Teria! My goal is to provide every client with a professional, comfortable, and enjoyable tattoo experience. To ensure appointments run smoothly, please read the following policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment and/or submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below.

Rescheduling/ Cancellation Policy

* One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. * Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. * Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. * Repeated reschedules or last-minute changes may result in future booking requests being declined. No-Call / No-Show If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to communicate, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Arrival & Appointment Timing

Being early is being on time. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. * A maximum 10-minute grace period is allowed. * Arriving more than 10 minutes late without communication may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. * If you arrive late, your tattoo may need to be resized, simplified, or rescheduled. Appointment Length Please keep the next several hours open after your appointment begins. Tattoo sessions vary depending on the design, placement, skin, and other factors. Finish times are not predictable or guaranteed, so please avoid scheduling work, appointments, or other commitments immediately afterward.

Design Changes

Please come prepared with your tattoo idea. Minor adjustments are welcome. However, major changes to your design, placement, size, or switching to an entirely different tattoo at your appointment are not guaranteed. If a complete redesign is needed at your appointment, your session may need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit may be required.

Pricing Policy

Tattoo pricing is based on: * Size * Placement * Detail * Time * Overall complexity Quotes are subject to change if your design changes from what was originally discussed. Please do not book with the expectation of negotiating pricing at your appointment.

Payments

The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your appointment. Please arrive prepared with your preferred payment method. Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay

Touch Ups

Touch-ups are not automatically complimentary. If a complimentary touch-up is offered, it must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and applies only to normal healing. Touch-ups do not cover: * Poor aftercare * Picking or scratching * Sun damage * Improper healing * Damage after leaving the appointment Additional charges may apply when these factors are involved.

After Care

Proper aftercare is essential for the best healed results. Aftercare instructions will be provided during your appointment. I am not responsible for healing issues resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions, including: * Picking or scratching * Over-moisturizing or under-moisturizing * Swimming or soaking too early * Excessive sun exposure * Friction from clothing * Failure to keep the tattoo clean

Guest Policy

To maintain a comfortable and focused environment: * Please do not bring guests unless approved beforehand. * Excessive distractions or disruptive behavior may result in guests being asked to leave.

Right To Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: * Disrespectful behavior * Harassment * Poor communication * Repeated booking policy violations * Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol * Failure to follow booking instructions

COMMUNICATION

Clear communication helps ensure the best experience for everyone. Please provide complete booking information and respond to messages in a timely manner. Appointments are not confirmed until your required deposit has been received.
