Policies

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.

Cover-up policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. To avoid losing your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date only when proper notice is given.
