Policies
- Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.
- Cancellation Policy
- Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside specifically for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, I enforce the following: 1. 48-Hour Notice: Any cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment time may require a new deposit to rebook. 2. No-Call No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business!
- Shop Minimum and Pricing
- Our shop minimum is $100, ensuring fair and equal pricing while covering the cost of medical-grade sterilization, fresh single-use setups, and prep time for every client. For any custom tattoo sessions lasting over one hour, standard set or hourly rates will apply to the remainder of the session.
