Policies

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling your appointment, especially on short notice, may result in losing your deposit.

Cover-up policy

Accepting cover-ups.

Appointments Policy

* A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. * Deposits are applied toward the final tattoo price. * Deposits may be transferred once with at least 48 hours’ notice. * Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit.

Walk-Ins

* Walk-ins are accepted based on artist availability.

Age Requirements

* Tattoo clients must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. * No exceptions unless allowed by applicable state law.

Payment Policy

* Cash is preferred. * Major credit/debit cards accepted. * Full payment is due immediately after services are completed. * No checks accepted.

Design Policy

* Custom artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist until paid in full. * Minor revisions are included. * Major redesigns may require a new deposit.

Health & Safety Policies

* Single-use needles only. * All equipment is sterilized according to industry standards. * Gloves are changed between every procedure. * Medical-grade disinfectants are used after every client. * Clients must disclose any medical conditions that could affect tattooing. * Anyone appearing intoxicated or under the influence will be refused service.

Aftercare Policy

* Written aftercare instructions are provided. * Clients are responsible for following aftercare. * Improper aftercare voids any touch-up guarantee. * Contact the shop immediately if signs of infection develop.

Touch-Up Policy

* One complimentary touch-up within 90 days for tattoos that healed properly. * Touch-ups are by appointment only. * Hand, finger, foot, and face tattoos are not guaranteed due to natural fading.

Refund Policy

* No refunds on completed tattoos. * Deposits are non-refundable. * If the shop cancels an appointment, the client may receive a refund or reschedule. * Concerns about workmanship will be reviewed by management before any remedy is offered.

Photography Policy

* The studio may photograph completed tattoos for portfolios and social media with the client’s consent. * Clients may opt out at any time.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

The Euphoric Needle maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward: * Violence or threats * Harassment * Hate speech * Sexual harassment * Theft * Property damage * Intoxication * Illegal drugs on the premises * Weapons unless authorized by law Violations may result in immediate removal from the premises and refusal of future service.
