Policies
- Deposit Policy
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. They always fully go toward the cost of the tattoo unless a cancellation or reschedule by the client occurs within 72 hours of the appointment. In this case, a new deposit must be given in order to reschedule. First 2 reschedules are free, any additional reschedules will require another deposit.
- Cover-Up Policy
- Not accepting cover-ups.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Clients are able to cancel or reschedule their appointments using the given confirmation email for that appointment, as long as it is sooner than 72 hours before that appointment. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of the appointment the deposit goes toward the missed appointment and must pay another deposit in order to reschedule. Additionally, clients are only allowed one free reschedule. Any additional rescheduling will always require another deposit.
- Touch-Up Policy
- Touch-ups are free up until the tattoo reaches 6 months old.
