Hello everyone, my name is Anthony Tex. I am a tattoo artist from Calgary Canada with 13 years of experience. I tattoo along side my family and team at Deadly Tattoos. I have always had pencil to paper ever since I was a child and been surrounded by art my whole life. I specialize in illustrative style that compliments the body in a dynamic approach. Flow, composition, and working with the body is key in my work.

Policies

Deposit Policy

When booking a tattoo I require a deposit, price varies in size. Deposits are non refundable.

Cover-Up Policy

Accepting cover-ups.

Rescheduling Policy

I require a 3-4 day minimum to reschedule, if any appointments are rescheduling between then and the date of the session the deposit will be forfeited

Touch-Up Policy

Touch ups are only applied within 3 months after the last session

What makes for a great tattoo?

It all starts with the drawing process, if you dismiss the flow and form of the body the design won’t work as well. Drawing is best part, make it fun.

How long in a day do you usually tattoo?

I prefer to tattoo no more than 5-6 hours in a day.

What made you get into tattooing?

I got my start in tattooing from my Father James Tex. I’ve been surrounded by tattooing my whole life, always had pencil to paper. Started my apprenticeship when I was 17 right after high school and never looked back
